Studio Policies

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, and a rebooking fee may apply.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.

  • Changes made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service total

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100%

DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be applied toward your total on the day of service. If you cancel late or do not show, the deposit will be forfeited.

All services are by appointment only.
